In God’s providence, the vision for a ministry center in the southern Philippines took shape over five-year period. The Lord united the hearts of leaders from several organizations for a venture to serve the church and the Great Commission. At first, the team referred to the project as the “Palawan Dream.” Amid busy ministries, and the disruption of a pandemic, God was at work. A concept design for a building to house the ministries were developed. In December 2022, at a planning session, the team decided to call the project the Palawan Christian Resource Center (PCRC). Two days later, the Puerto Princesa property was located. Several initiatives are now underway for the realization of this venture, such as fundraising to purchase the lot, drafting programs and ministries, and planning the building structures. 

Through the ministries of All4Christ, the Resource Center is to serve pastors and Christian workers with sound biblical teaching, conferences, seminars, and needed ministry resources. Through the Center for Biblical Studies, with its formal academic programs, the PCRC is to be a place for educating future servants of the gospel. In fellowship with various mission agencies, such as the Christian Training and Missionary Fellowship, the PCRC is to be a mission center to extend the gospel locally and globally.
