Mondays for most of the pastors/ministers and church workers is like a holiday or a day of rest. The Coffee Fellowship or Follow-up Fellowship that we scheduled for Rizal Pastors is a one-day conference with the topic: “All Round Ministry: The Man and his Message”

It was a day of relaxation and recharging for the pastors who came. Most of the pastors came really early and very eager to learn and be edified.

The conference was held in a private venue along Manila East Road, Taytay, Rizal. We did not realize that it was owned by the Vice Mayor of the said city. After we had our opening prayer and short meditation, we were told that the Vice Mayor was around. He gave a short but warm welcome remark and gave encouraging thoughts to the pastors/ministers. The Vice Mayor has a high regard for pastors/ministers. He said that there is a big difference with politicians in what they can do in the community to have change. He also said that God is using pastors to change the life of the people which politicians cannot do. The chosen venue was an ideal place for the program we prepared for the ministers.

We had a sumptuous lunch and filling snacks. The pastors were attentive and appreciative of the ministry that A4C is doing. After the four-part lecture of Pastor Leo, we had a question and answer portion about the topic and anything they wanted to know regarding ministry. It was hard for us to end the session because many pastors/ministers had different questions and the lecture that was presented to them was like an eye opener to most of the pastors who wanted to make a serious commitment to their calling as a gospel minister/pastor. Books from First Love Publications (7 pcs.) in a black eco bag were given after the end of the conference. The pastors/ministers went home recharged after the conference. Most of them needed to leave right after because of their ministry commitments for that day. All went well and A4C team proceeded to the scheduled team meeting.
